About

Who we are and what we're exploring

Why This Exists

We started this because we don't have the answers. We're watching AI fundamentally change how software gets built, and the old definitions of "engineer" and "product person" are breaking down faster than anyone expected.

Instead of pretending to know what comes next, we're documenting what we're learning as we figure it out. This isn't a consultancy or a course. It's a shared exploration of what happens when AI becomes a core part of building products.

The Questions We're Asking

When AI can write, test, and deploy code in minutes—what does it mean to be an engineer? Are you an architect? A decision-maker? Something else entirely?

When AI can analyze user feedback, generate specs, and prototype ideas at scale—what does it mean to be a product person? What's your actual value?

If one person with AI can do what used to take a team of ten—how do organizations need to change? What breaks? What becomes possible?

Where's the line between human judgment and AI execution? Who decides strategy, architecture, what to build and why? Who handles the execution?

Who We Are

We're David and Florian. David's a tech person who loves product. Florian's a product person who loves tech. We complement each other, and we spend most of our time asking questions we can't fully answer yet.

We've both built software at companies you've heard of. But that's not why we're here. We're here because we're trying to understand what comes next—and we think the best way to figure it out is by doing it, documenting it, and sharing what we learn.

What We Want

We want to build a community of people who are figuring this out together. Engineers who are wondering what their role becomes. Product people who see the boundaries blurring. Anyone who's trying to understand how to build better, faster, with AI as a core tool—not a gimmick.

We want honest conversations about what works and what doesn't. No hype. No "AI will replace everyone" doom. No "AI is just a tool" dismissiveness. Just real experimentation, real lessons, and real questions about where this is all going.

If you're figuring it out too, come along. Share what you're learning. Ask questions. Challenge our thinking. That's the point.
